By using theapk.com or purchasing any theapk llc product, you agree to these terms. Plain English version below each section.

1. Products

theapk llc sells digital products: scripts, templates, configuration files, and documentation. Products are delivered as downloadable files after payment confirmation via Stripe.

Plain English: You pay, you get the file.

2. License

All theapk llc products are released under the MIT License unless otherwise noted. You may:

• Use, modify, and distribute the product for personal, educational, or internal business purposes.
• Use the product in client work under a personal license (one developer, unlimited end-products).

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the product as-is, or with trivial modifications, in a way that competes with theapk llc. A commercial redistribution license is available — email support@theapk.com.
• Use theapk llc trademarks, branding, or marketing copy to imply official endorsement of unrelated products.

Plain English: Use it. Modify it. Build on it. Don't resell it as a competing product. Don't pretend theapk made your thing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases; existing purchases are honored at the price paid.

4. Refunds

30-day no-questions-asked refund. See full Refund Policy.

5. Support

Email support@theapk.com. 48-hour response on personal, 24-hour on commercial. Best-effort basis; we don't guarantee fix-in-time for production incidents, but we aim to be useful fast.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The MIT License's standard disclaimer applies.

Plain English: We test our scripts. You test them in your environment. If something breaks your production box, that's between you and your backup strategy. We will help you fix it, but the liability stops at the refund window.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall theapk llc, its owner, or affiliates be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the use of the products or this website. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use theapk llc products or website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attack, scan, or compromise systems you don't own or have explicit authorization to test.
• Resell the products in violation of the license above.
• Circumvent payment, refunds, or licensing terms.

Plain English: Be a good sysadmin. The security scripts are for systems you own.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the website or products for violation of these terms. Refund eligibility remains per the Refund Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the support@theapk.com list. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
